About This Spot

Stepping into Little Vincent’s Pizza Restaurant feels like slipping into a beloved neighborhood ritual where time slows just enough to savor a simple, honest meal. Nestled on a familiar stretch of Smithtown Boulevard, this unassuming spot hums with a steady stream of locals and visitors drawn by the promise of something more than ordinary pizza. The pace here is unpretentious and welcoming — a place where loyalty spills over decades and every visit feels like catching up with old friends.

The atmosphere carries a quiet warmth, a blend of familiar chatter, the comforting aroma of bubbling cheese, and the faint crackle of fresh dough baking in the oven. This is a casual local eatery where the focus stays firmly on quality and the joy of sharing a meal. The modest storefront is framed by ample parking, inviting those in the know to come as they are, whether for a quick slice or a relaxed sit-down.

There’s a timelessness in how the menu unfolds here, a quiet confidence in classics that have been perfected over the years. The kind of dishes that spark nostalgia and craving alike — crisp, well-loved slices that hold their own alongside hearty heroes and cordial hometown portions of lasagna or meatballs. Conversations drift between bites of warm, cheesy slices, or the comforting heft of a veal or chicken parmigiana sandwich, each bite echoing with the kind of authenticity that turns a simple meal into a shared memory.

While the experience is centered on great food, it’s also about a gentle rhythm of community and tradition. The cash-only policy and the absence of frills like salads hint at a place focused on what matters most: the pizza itself and the people who keep coming back for it. Friendly faces behind the counter, a well-worn menu, and even the clean bathrooms all speak to a certain care that defines the experience here.

Little Vincent’s pulls you into an unpretentious, yet deeply heartfelt version of local dining—a spot that’s cherished not just for its sauce or its crust, but for the way it quietly anchors memories, brings people together, and stays true to its place in the fabric of Lake Ronkonkoma’s community.

If you're looking for a fresh slice out of the oven, the best experience is to order a pie and enjoy it there. Come prepared with cash, no credit cards accepted and a heads up to salad lovers-none are offered on menu. Great sauce, quality ingredients, and the crispy crust, fabulous! ------------------------------------ Parking right outside the door and overflow across the street. Clean bathrooms

This pizza used to be the best on Long Island, not anymore. What bothers me the most is the tiny size of the slices compared to what they used to be, AND, compared to almost any other pizza place on Long Island. It's like the White Castle of pizza. I remember leaving the club/bar at 3 or 4 am and heading to this place and seeing 1/2 the ppl from the club. The line would be out the door at the wee hours. Those were the days. Now this pizza is OK but the slices are ridiculously tiny. Sad.

Im the country guy from Tennessee that came in with the accent tonight. I ordered 4 meatballs in cheese and a supreme pizza..... DID NOT disappoint! If you're in the area, this is a must! They only accept cash so get your ads to an atm and get over there! The people were really friendly too!

If you're a fan of veal parm heroes, Little Vincents is a standout destination that delivers an exceptional experience. Having enjoyed their veal parm hero three times this week, I can confidently say it’s a cut above the rest. This dish is a nostalgic masterpiece, crafted with precision to evoke memories of the best veal parm hero you’ve ever tasted. The hero features tender, perfectly breaded veal cutlets, smothered in a rich, tangy marinara sauce and topped with melted, gooey mozzarella that pulls just right with every bite. The bread is toasted to perfection, offering a satisfying crunch while holding up to the generous fillings. Each component is balanced, showcasing the kind of quality and care that’s increasingly rare in today’s dining scene. I’m already looking forward to my next visit today, as this dish has quickly become a personal favorite. For anyone craving an authentic, soul-warming veal parm hero, Little Vincents is the place to go. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars—phenomenal doesn’t even begin to cover it.

It’s a phenomenon… not a pizzeria. It’s so good, I drove 3 hours out of the way to get a pie. The sauce is boss, and the cheese sends you to another world. I think Little Vincent’s Pizza should have locations all across the tri-state and New England areas. Thank you Little Vincent’s! My whole family loves you

Pizza wise this is THE PLACE. Crust is so good! Regular slice is exactly what you imagine it to taste. Always busy, open long hours. This is a staple. This is a real deal pizza joint. I wish they had more locations.

We were just finished pickleballing in Medford. We were so ecstatic to find a pizzeria open as late. As I walked in, the warmth was so comforting and the place was very cozy. Phillip was very attentive at the counter. Trent as well and Mario was opened to addressing allergies and sensitivities. I must return for their “Cold Cheese” pizza. I told him I’d tell all our friends about his restaurant….2:00am…the bomb. The quintessential late night NY pizzeria. Thanks folks

Little Vinny’s is a CASH only spot that is ideal for a late night, the parking lot is a bit chaotic (for me) the service is quick and atmosphere is more of an on the go spot. I recall this being the best pizza at 1am when I used to party but now at 12pm during a weekday is just good.
